Malaysia's Royal Commission of Inquiry has concluded that Tabung Haji's declaration of RM2.75 billion in combined profit distributions and hajj payouts for 2017 was financially unjustifiable and triggered a chain of events leading to the Islamic pilgrimage fund's crisis.
