Beijing Tower Plane Crash: Pilot Had Mental Health Issues, Chinese Authorities Say
Chinese authorities say the pilot who crashed a light aircraft into Beijing's CITIC Tower had long suffered from mental health problems and had written about ending his life in his diary.
