Ex-Felda Chief Denied Right to Present Defence Before Conviction Restored, Court Hears
A Federal Court three-member panel is set to rule this afternoon on an application by the former Felda chairman, who claims he was denied the opportunity to argue his defence before his conviction was reinstated.
