Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil Receives Datuk Seri Honour at Penang Investiture Ceremony
Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil has been conferred the Datuk Seri title through the DPPN award during Penang's investiture ceremony honouring Governor Tun Ramli Ngah Talib's 85th birthday, becoming the sole recipient of this honour this year.
