Ipoh Court Rules Deceased Pedestrian Liable in Fatal Expressway Collision
An Ipoh High Court judge has determined that a deceased pedestrian was responsible for a fatal expressway accident, while declining to levy legal costs against the victim's widow citing her financial hardship.
