Japanese teenager arrested after alleged arson attempt on family home
A 15-year-old boy in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan, has been arrested for allegedly starting a fire at his family home in a suspected attempt to kill his parents. The teenager turned himself in to police an hour after the incident.
