KWAP Has Legal Recourse to Pursue RM163 Million eFishery Investment Losses
Malaysia's pension fund KWAP has been advised it can pursue civil litigation to recover RM163 million lost in an Indonesian aquaculture firm investment, stemming from alleged accounting fraud by company executives.
