MACC arrests five including government agency chief over Penang land undervaluation scheme

The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission has arrested five people, including a government agency chairman, over a scheme involving the sale of Penang land at substantially reduced prices, in what authorities say constitutes a significant breach of public trust.
