Judge Steps Aside in Zaid Ibrahim Bar Defamation Appeal
Justice Latifah Tahar has withdrawn from hearing a defamation appeal involving prominent lawyer Zaid Ibrahim and the Malaysian Bar. The Court of Appeal will reconvene on July 13 to schedule a fresh hearing before a different judicial panel.
