Epicon To Acquire 60% Stakes In Rantau Urusan, LPB Construction For RM543.16 Million
Epicon Bhd has agreed to purchase 60 per cent stakes in Rantau Urusan and LPB Construction from Lagenda Properties Bhd for RM543.16 million, with an option to acquire the remaining 40 per cent stake at a later date.
