Singapore charges company and director over flag services to UN-blacklisted North Korean vessel
Singapore has charged a company and its director for providing flag registration services to PETREL 8, a bulk carrier designated by the UN Security Council for illegally transporting banned North Korean exports including coal and iron ore.
