Man arrested in Singapore after obscene act and assault on police officer
Singapore police arrested a 36-year-old man in Toa Payoh on Sunday morning after he committed an obscene act in a coffee shop and assaulted an officer during his arrest, leaving the 19-year-old constable with minor injuries.
