High Court Orders Chinese Daily to Pay RM400,000 in Defamation Case
A High Court has ordered Sin Chew Media Corporation Bhd to pay RM400,000 in damages to businessman Yeoh Ee Seong, who successfully challenged the publication's reporting that linked him to an assault on a lawyer.
