Former Singapore Air Force Chief Fined S$5,000 for Hit-and-Run Incident Involving Woman and Toddler
A retired Singapore Air Force chief has been fined S$5,000 and disqualified from driving for five years after his vehicle struck a woman pushing a toddler in a stroller at a traffic crossing in May 2024.
