EU Alleges Temu Blocked Investigation into Foreign Subsidies
The European Commission has formally accused Chinese e-commerce platform Temu of obstructing its investigation into whether the company received foreign subsidies that could distort EU markets. The allegations emerged after an unannounced inspection in December 2025.
