Paramount Puts Warner Bros Deal on Hold as US States Challenge Merger
Paramount has paused its US$111 billion bid for Warner Bros Discovery after 12 US states filed an antitrust lawsuit. The deal will only proceed after a court ruling or by June 1, 2027, at the earliest.
