Court of Appeal upholds insider trading judgment against former WCT deputy MD
Malaysia's Court of Appeal has unanimously upheld a High Court judgment from 2022 finding former WCT Bhd deputy managing director Goh Chin Liong and Ara Holdings director Leong Ah Chai liable for insider trading, with combined penalties totalling RM5.83 million.
