DVS Launches Formal Investigation Into Rocky Abuse Video, Files Police Report
The Selangor Department of Veterinary Services has filed a police report and begun collecting witness statements as part of a formal investigation into an alleged animal abuse incident involving Rocky that surfaced on video.
