Ex-IT Engineer Penalised RM18,000 for Misusing Budi95 Subsidy Scheme
A former information technology engineer in Besut has been fined RM18,000 after admitting to fraudulently using other people's identity cards to access the Budi95 subsidy scheme, a government assistance programme.
