Jalaluddin clarifies absence at Negri Sembilan MB swearing-in ceremony
Datuk Seri Jalaluddin Alias, Negri Sembilan Umno Liaison Committee chairman, has attributed his absence from the menteri besar swearing-in ceremony to insufficient advance notification of the event.
