UK Names Semiconductor Chief as Honorary Consul in Penang
Dr David Lacey, chairman of the Semiconductor Fabrication Association of Malaysia, has been appointed as the new British Honorary Consul in Penang, replacing Datuk Robert Hawkins who retired after two decades in the role.
