Kelantan's Beach Watchtowers Cut Drowning Risks as Water Safety Drives Intensify
Kelantan has deployed four watchtowers at major beaches staffed by the Malaysia Civil Defence Force to reduce drowning risks, particularly during holiday periods and the Northeast Monsoon season.
