
Bou Meng, Last Living Witness to Khmer Rouge's S-21 Prison Terror, Dies at 85
Bou Meng, a rare survivor of Cambodia's infamous Tuol Sleng detention centre under the Khmer Rouge regime, has died at 85. He was among only seven known survivors of the prison where an estimated 12,000 to 15,000 people perished during the 1975-1979 genocide.
