Cambodian hit-and-run victim's family accepts S$60,000 settlement, withdraws civil complaint
The family of Kuoch Limhan, killed in a hit-and-run in Phnom Penh last month, has withdrawn their civil complaint after accepting S$60,000 in compensation from the accused driver's family. Criminal charges remain active.
