Selangor Sets Ambitious Service Standards: All Local Authorities Must Hit 95% Rating by 2030
Selangor's Menteri Besar has mandated that all local authorities achieve a 95 per cent score under the PBT Star Rating System by 2030, part of the state's Second Selangor Plan to standardise service quality across the region.
