MM2H Agents Must Comply With Local Laws When Operating Overseas, Says Minister Tiong
Tourism Minister Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing has warned MM2H programme agents that holding a Malaysian licence does not exempt them from complying with the regulatory requirements of countries where they recruit participants.
