Jeju Police Chief Apologises After Missing Person Cases Mishandled, Two Found Dead
South Korea's Jeju Police Commissioner Ko Pyeong-gi has apologised for a serious breach of duty after an officer improperly closed two missing person investigations, both of which ended in deaths discovered days later.
