Japanese Man Arrested for Confining Child in Garbage Can as Punishment
Japanese authorities arrested a 35-year-old man in Mie Prefecture for allegedly confining his partner's five-year-old daughter in a garbage can for five minutes as punishment. The child welfare centre intervened after learning of the incident.
