Malaysia and Pakistan Establish Prisoner Transfer Framework in Historic Agreement
Malaysia and Pakistan have signed the International Transfer of Prisoners Treaty, enabling nationals imprisoned in either country to complete their sentences at home under rehabilitative conditions suited to their cultures.
