Courts Cannot Arbitrate Prosecution Decisions, Rules Malaysian Judge
A Malaysian judge has ruled that the courts are not the appropriate forum for challenging the attorney-general's decision to prosecute, saying civil suits cannot be used to dispute prosecutorial discretion.
