Penang Launches Community Service Penalties for Littering as State Tightens Cleanliness Drive
Penang has activated enforcement of Community Service Orders for littering offences, replacing warnings with immediate legal action. Offenders face fines up to RM2,000 and up to 12 hours of community service upon conviction.
