KEMAS Targets Special Needs Kindergarten in Every District by 2027
Malaysia's Community Development Department (KEMAS) will establish at least one special needs kindergarten in every district by 2027, expanding current operations from 19 classes to 151 total facilities while maintaining fees at RM100 monthly.
