Marcos heads to Russia for historic Asean summit and Putin talks on energy, food security
Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr has departed for Russia to lead his country's participation in the Asean-Russia Commemorative Summit in Kazan and hold bilateral discussions with President Putin on energy and food security.
