Hong Kong Lawmaker William Wong Resigns Over Drink-Driving Scandal, First in 26 Years
Hong Kong legislator William Wong Kam-fai has become the first to resign from the Legislative Council over a scandal in more than two decades, following his arrest on suspicion of drink-driving and a hit-and-run incident.
