IOI Properties Wins Securities Commission Nod for RM7.58 Billion REIT Launch
IOI Properties Group has obtained Securities Commission approval to list a real estate investment trust with an initial fund size of 5.5 billion units, backed by a portfolio of premium Malaysian properties valued at RM7.58 billion.
