Speed Testing on Public Roads Now Criminal Offense, Says Deputy Transport Minister
Malaysia's parliament has passed the Road Transport (Amendment) Bill 2026, making speed testing on public roads illegal. Offenders face fines between RM2,000 and RM10,000, or up to two years imprisonment.
