Malaysia's Yasmeen Muhamad Shariff Elected to UN Committee on Rights of the Child for 2027–2031 Term
Malaysia's Datuk Yasmeen Muhamad Shariff has been elected to the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child for 2027–2031, securing 136 votes at the UN Headquarters in New York. This is her second appointment to the committee.
